Who We Are

Our Story

Piranha construction

At Piranha Construction we take pride in what we do and hold everyone in our organization up to a professional standard. We consider ourselves perfectionists and expect nothing less on each and every job from ourselves and our subcontractors. As we maintain our licenses and are fully bonded and insured, we require our subcontractors to do so as well.

We try our best to make our customers as happy as possible without creating any undo stress. This all starts with our policy of being extremely responsive, returning all phone calls and emails by the same day or 9 am the following morning. We show our customers that we value their time as much as ours by being on time for every appointment or giving a heads up if we're going to be late.

In addition to building something beautiful, we want our clients to have a memorable and enjoyable experience through all aspects of the project. This is done by maintaining an efficient schedule that starts on time and follows the critical path to completion. In addition, our use of AIA contracts are mutually beneficial to ourselves and our clients by providing clarity and keeping everything in black and white. We believe that our exclusive use of stipulated sum contracts and Change Orders are instrumental avoiding potential contract disputes.

Locally-owned makes the difference.

Being a locally owned small business, we have developed and continue to develop personalized relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. With the same management team as our 5 Star sister company Piranha Pressure Cleaning, we have over a quarter century of practical experience that translates into understanding what works and what doesn't. This helps us try and prevent avoidable delays and costly mistakes.

With years of experience and extensive training in their particular trade, as well as being courteous in their customer service, our technicians and craftsmen are skilled, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Our tradesmen will:

  • Wear protective show coverings or remove shoes (if necessary).
  • Always cover the floor and protect the furniture with paper, plastic or tarps.
  • Be careful not to invade your personal space and be mindful of your privacy.
  • Go above and beyond exceeding expectations.
  • Always show up on time and keep an organized and clean work site.
  • Make extensive use of AIA Contracts & Change Orders.

We are always looking to improve our skills and gain more knowledge in this evolving and dynamic industry. This is our profession and we treat it as such by always looking to improve our techniques and craft by regularly being enrolled in some continuing education course or attending trade shows to stay on top of new technological innovations and cutting edge materials.

WORDS FROM OUR HAPPY CLIENTS

I contracted Piranha to demo my kitchen and replace it completely with new cabinets, countertops, a backsplash and new appliances. Working under really tight timelines Steve and his team got the job done ahead of schedule, dealt with unexpected problems that occur on any job flawlessly, were punctual, and did PERFECT work. There were occasions where he and his team could have done a part of the job to meet minimum requirements but he always recommended the best approach to ensure that the project would be done to the highest standards. Steve and his team are perfectionists and it really showed in the quality of the kitchen he installed. Lastly, he was incredibly responsive - always reach...
