How to plan a bathroom remodel:

1. Evaluate your given space:

Take a look at the space that you're working with and think of ways that you would like to improve it. What do you love or hate about your current bathroom? What color scheme do you have in mind? Have you considered having a pebble mosaic in the shower? Or maybe a hexagon polished marble mosaic? Every question you ask yourself will help guide you to the perfect upgrade!

2. Decide on goals you want to reach:

Do you want a partial remodel or a full renovation? Do you need more storage? Can I make my bathroom more eco and touchless? How do you want to feel upon entering your bathroom? Do you want something nice and normal or do you want that "wow" effect?

3. Set a budget for your remodel:

By knowing what budget you have to work with, you can give yourself and your contractor a better sense of what is realistic to avoid unanticipated expenses and avoid setting yourself up for a letdown. For instance, few things can be as luxurious as having multiple shower heads, but all that luxury comes with a price. Now in order to keep the water pressure strong an expensive thermostatic shower valve needs to be installed. Something like this has to be thought of beforehand so everything goes as planned during the finishing phases of the project's completion. With this in mind you will have reasonable expectations of what and how renovations could be completed.
